    【DIY.杏仁雞肉丸】




















    ● 今天動手DIY的應該算是幫老媽清理冰箱才對,把現有的食材拿出來做些變化好像還不錯,老媽難得有機會是在外頭等我的食物而不是在廚房忙東忙西,出來的成果非常好吃,原以為裡頭沒有加蛋會不夠柔嫩,結果意外的很多汁,肉因為有摔到出膠質,所以吃起來口感非常扎實有彈性,外頭的杏仁酥香別有番風味,因為是清倉,最後有二個是沒有沾上杏仁片的,但還是一樣美味哦。
     














    ● 需要食材:
    材料:雞胸肉末、紅蘿蔔末、大蒜末、香菜末
    調料:醬油、酒、香油、胡椒粉、太白粉、胡椒鹽
    ● 作法:
    1.先醬雞胸肉剁成末
    2.將胡椒鹽以外的食材和調料全部加進一起攪拌均勻,然後開始約二分鐘的摔肉
    3.將丸子用湯匙塑成圓形沾上杏仁片即可下鍋油炸(火力請維持在中火或小火,因為杏仁片很容易就上色了)
    4.炸至金黃色,瀝油後灑上胡椒粉即可
    (做成小動畫真的很白痴~哈)
